NOTE: This pitcher appears in a 1902 wholesaler assortment with documented Kokomo pitchers. You wonder if the Columbus Merchandise ad is an error with the US Glass pitcher shown instead of Kokomo's No. 209. Until we get confirmation from a second source, it appears more likely that the wholesale catalogue image is an error.
NOTE: September 1901 cut from House Furnishing Review shows a Fall 1901 introduction date for USG 6410.
