• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2021: The Fostoria Glass Co. No. 1515 Lucere pattern was introduced in 1907. Crockery & Glass Journal January 31, 1907: "A footed low comport, with saucer, is a new item that appears in the “Lucere” tableware service from the Fostoria Glass Co. It is intended as a receptacle for crushed ice, watercress, etc. The “Lucere” pattern consists of a hollow flute with a crimped edge. It possesses some of the characteristics of a colonial design, but the contrast is quite sufficient to give it a character of newness. The shapes likewise differ from former creations by the Fostoria."
